1. Kitchen
   1. Old Kitchen ripped out.
   2. New Kitchen from B&Q – Garcinia Gloss White. This is a small kitchen with no natural light so a gloss finish and white was chosen to reflect as much light as possible to make the space brighter.
   3. New Fridge Freezer/Washing Machine/Oven/Hob and extractor fan
   4. Large new gloss porcelain floor tiles. Larger tiles are easier to clean and hold less dirt than smaller tiles with a lot of joins.
2. Bathroom
   1. Old Bathroom ripped out.
   2. New 1200mm matt black shower tray and doors installed.
   3. New matt black electric radiator installed.
   4. New toilet/vanity unit/electric mirror installed.
   5. Bevelled brick white gloss tiles, floor to ceiling tiled.
3. Living area/hall
   1. Simple painting and redecorating with a feature wallpaper wall. Walls and skirting boards (wood work) also treated and painted).
   2. New energy efficient electric radiators installed and old storage heaters removed (which has bricks in them!).
   3. Simple, attractive furniture installed to stage the property for sale.
