How Long We Keep Your Data

Aventine Property only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.

Where you have consented to us using your details for direct marketing, we will keep such data until you notify us otherwise and/or withdraw your consent.

On placing an order a customer will be required to select a checkbox that they agree with the Privacy Policy and T&C’s before they can process their order. If done on the phone then the user still have to confirm their order and sign up on the website, they will receive a double opt-in email which acts as a second level of acceptance as they will have to enter a code to progress in their personal section of the website.
